Can I pay my bill on line?

Yes, online bill pay is available for this division. Click here to pay your bill.

Do you take large items and when?

When you call our office 24 hours in advance of your pickup day, we can usually pick up heavy items on your regular service day (sometimes with a different vehicle). There is a nominal fee for the special pickup based on the type of item.

Does the trash inside the cart have to bagged?

No, all material in the trash cart must fit in the cart so that the lid closes all the way.

How many toters (carts) are we allowed to have?

Each resident on an automated route receives one cart for recycling at no additional charge. Additional materials can be recycled at our depot.

I have heard various names for your company. Why is that?

What do you accept for curbside recycling?

What happens when my home service day falls on a holiday?

Your containers will be collected on the holiday but your driver may come by earlier than usual.

What if we have extra bags?

Please call our office 24 hours in advance to advise us of the extra trash. There will be an extra charge for additional bags of trash.

What is your holiday schedule?

We provide regular collection service on ALL HOLIDAYS. Please have carts our the night before, since your drivers may come by early in order to get home and spend time with their families.

What time does the trash have to be out at the curb?

All refuse must be placed at the curb by 6:00 a.m. on your collection day.

Where should my cart be placed if I have a bike lane in front of my home?

Carts should be placed in the area between the curb and bike lane, leaving the bike lane clear for bike traffic. If there is no space between the bike lane and curb, please place carts on the curb, creating a safe lane for cyclists.
